lose significant weight and maintain a healthy weight, you must make permanent
changes in your lifestyle and eating habits. Rebecca will work with you to adjust
your natural eating habitstowards a healthier and slimmer lifestyle.
Rebecca's experience as a registered dietitian provides her with the
knowledge and resources to help you understand the importance of good nutrition.
For more than eighteen years, she has counseled a diverse group of patients in
a hospital setting.
As a working mother of two active boys, Rebecca follows the advice
she gives others by eating healthy and including daily aerobic exercise and yoga
in her active routine.
